Pull list of projects based on topic instead of org

Other people have made some awesome pristine stuff, and it would be great if the CLI recognized them.

As such, Ive requested that the topic 'pristine' be added to all such repos.

I think we should use this topic to get the list of pristine items.

We should also add functionality to manually filter things that are junk
