Create a page to host links for blogs

In a etcd community meeting sometime back, we have decided that for third party blogs we will not host them on etcd.io because of maintenance issues. Instead, we will have a page created where we can provide a link to blogs for reference.
@nate-double-u @Somoshree I think we don't have a such a page yet but it's good to create one. Let me know your thoughts or questions. Thanks!
