Surprised by a comma?

Hello, noob here, just saying I was not sure what the comma does in example here:

`--endpoints=[127.0.0.1:2379], gRPC endpoints`

Up till now in my learning I had not seen one, nor since in a quick scan of the readme. Likely a silly question.
