Description
re: https://etcd.io/docs/v3.7/tasks/developer/how-to-get-key-by-prefix/
Hello, noob here, just saying I was not sure what the comma does in example here:
`--endpoints=[127.0.0.1:2379], gRPC endpoints`
Up till now in my learning I had not seen one, nor since in a quick scan of the readme. Likely a silly question.
Cheers!

Research direction
Open the linked etcd v3.7 developer guide and inspect the example containing `--endpoints=[127.0.0.1:2379], gRPC endpoints`. Clarify the comma's meaning in the surrounding documentation, then verify that a reader can distinguish command syntax from the explanatory text.
