[Feature Request] Health: Be able to see different days / hours

### The bug

I'm trying to observe my heart rate and movement, and I find it quite annoying that there is no way to see hours past today. For example, if I wanted to see what the movement was the hour I slept yesterday, there is no way to do that. The app loader only shows days in a month, and the app itself only shows data for the current day. I would love for there to be a way, maybe not on the watch, but in the app loader for you to choose what day, and it graphs the hour-by-hour data. It would increase the quality of life and user experience when viewing health information.

Of course, there is the possibility I just haven't found the feature yet...
