[daisy] Feature request: Add preference for default clockinfo to be displayed

### The bug

It would be nice to be able to choose which information is shown on the Daisy clock's display by default.

E.g. I like to see the date, so after each visit to the menu or to another app, I need to tap the right corner 6 times. It would be nice if that were not necessary.
