Documentation: First Link in TOC is broken

### The problem

The first link on the https://esphome.io page "Supported Microcontrollers" links to `https://esphome.io/#` instead of `https://esphome.io/#supported-microcontrollers`.

This may not be a huge issue on PCs, but on my phone this was rather confusing, as you can only see the TOC when opening the page without scrolling.
