Keep "upgrade available" logo for devices which upgrade failed

**Describe the problem you have/What new integration you would like**

An OTA update of a mix of on and off devices yields a mix of versions. It is not possible from the dashboard to then differentiate these versions as all of the devices (including the ones that were off) are tagged with the new version.

**Additional context**

It would be simply useful to keep the "upgrade available" logo on devices for which the upgrade failed. This will be an indication that they still have a version older than the current one.
