Power sensor for integration climate_ir

Please, add power_sensor for climate platform, only for reporting the current state (on/off) shutters of A/C in the frontend for climate.* state
May be like variable 'sensor' from [this](https://esphome.io/components/climate/climate_ir.html#configuration-variables) settings

Start with the climate_ir configuration variables linked in the issue and determine how the requested power_sensor should represent the A/C shutter's current on/off state. Done means the climate.* frontend state reports that power state, but the issue does not identify files or tests to guide implementation.
