Time measure sensor

I would like to measure the time in seconds how long a pin is on.

**Please describe your use case for this integration and alternatives you've tried:**

I have a pump with a relay parallel that pulls a pin every time its running. It goes on and off several times a minute so an update every minute to tell how many seconds it has been on during the minute.

**Additional context**

I thinks its possible to solve with lamda formulas but its to complicated for such a normal thing to measure time.
