Additional device info in table view

It would be nice to have a separate table view where device information may be added.

**Please describe your use case for this integration and alternatives you've tried:**

I name my ESPHome devices using the MAC address to easily allow me to re-purpose. For example, I might have a smart plug for the stereo in the living room. Instead of naming the device "living_room_stereo," I name it using the MAC address. I also prepend the names of the button and led using the MAC address too. That way I can easily relocate the smart plug in the kitchen for the coffee maker. This avoids having to create a new device named "kitchen_coffee_maker" and possibly renaming the button and led too.
Additional information such as device type (e.g. plug, bulb, etc.), brand, model, location (e.g. living room, kitchen, etc.), etc. With this table view and additional information, I can easily determine which device I need to edit/reconfigure/reflash.
