Add access to Voice PE timers

Voice PE works pretty well, but there doesn't appear to be a way to access the timers set by Voice PE.

**Please describe your use case for this integration and alternatives you've tried:**
Being able to display at least one timer, and ideally multiple timers, on a dashboard.
