Add support for LTC1655LCN8 DAC

The ability to play audio from a LTC1655LCN8 DAC.

**Please describe your use case for this integration and alternatives you've tried:**
A custom PCB smart speaker using primarily through-hole components, which uses this DAC. I plan to modify the existing DAC modules to support this.

**Additional context**
I am doing this a part of a senior design project, and will shortly be modifying existing DAC code to support this DAC.

Start by locating the existing DAC modules referenced in the request and compare how they support audio playback. Determine the integration points needed for the LTC1655LCN8 and verify that audio can be played through the custom DAC setup.
