Support for a HACS like connection to GitHub, save flashed yaml with compare option to current yaml

**Describe the problem you have/What new integration you would like**
I would like to be able to search and download yaml files for projects in github. This feature would be a clone of the current HACS or even an extension of HACS. Next I wondered if its possible to save the flashed yaml files so it would be possible to compare changes between running code and new update code. This feature is not needed when we would have a link to GitHub

So far I've looked there is no option for this feature and currently I working with github to create history of file changes. Its working but not perfect
