Support for MS5637 pressure sensor

Add support for sensor platform: ms5637 pressure sensor.

**Please describe your use case for this integration and alternatives you've tried:**

I have a Sparkfun QWIIC pressure sensor with MS5637 but as far as I can see ESPHome doesn't support it. I only found support for MS5611.

I may be able to help out with some guidance, I do not know if the MS5637 and MS5611 are similar.
