Add support local images in PNG/JPG

**Describe the problem you have/What new integration you would like**
I think it would be very interesting if local images could be encoded in PNG or JPG formats, even if they require PSRAM, just like online images.

Certain images, when encoded in PNG, significantly reduce their size, especially if indexed colors can be used.

**Please describe your use case for this integration and alternatives you've tried:**
Local images for different interfaces with numerous images on devices with very limited memory.
