HX711 reading both channels A and B

I have two Weighing scales with HX711 for my reverse osmosis system, so I need to get data continously from both of them.

**Please describe your use case for this integration and alternatives you've tried:**

There is already 2 channels in HX711, but only one is possible to use. Workaround is to have two HX711 connected to one ESP

**Additional context**

Start by locating the HX711 integration and its current channel configuration. Compare the existing single-channel path with the sensor's A and B channels, then check how two continuous readings should be exposed to the ESPHome configuration. Done means both HX711 channels can be read continuously without requiring a second HX711 device.
