Description

**Describe the problem you have/What new integration you would like**

It would be useful if the ESP32Home page would display which USB/Serial port each device is connected to on its home card.

**Please describe your use case for this integration and alternatives you've tried:**

For persons with multiple ESP32 devices connected to a single computer at one time it can be cumbersome trying to determine which port a specific device is connected to. Even worse, it opens up the user to accidentally flash the wrong device.

**Additional context**

Thanks

Research direction

The request names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by locating where ESPHome device cards are rendered and confirming whether each device's USB/Serial port is available to the Home Assistant integration. Done means each device card clearly identifies its connected port so users can distinguish devices before flashing.
