Use the valve component for the sprinkler valves

I just thought the with the new valve components, it might be a good idea for the sprinkler component to use that instead of a switch component to declare valves.

**Please describe your use case for this integration and alternatives you've tried:**

I have use the sprinkler component for a while. I just find out a new device class in home assistant named `valve` which in the context of the sprinkler it a better suite. I have use the show as `valve` to change the switches to valves, but it would be nice that the sprinkler component just expose those switches as valves.
