Bind / Whitelist / Blacklist Devices to specific Proxy

**Describe the problem you have/What new integration you would like**

I have now three Blutetooth Proxies for my house and four HLK2410B Sensors.
I keep watching connect these Sensors to a proxy that is not providing the best connection.
The reaction time in this case is not satisfying (about 3-5 Seconds).
So i want to bind the sensors to the one proxy with the best connection.

**Please describe your use case for this integration and alternatives you've tried:**

If the connetion to a sensor is provided by the wrong proxy, my corridor ceiling light turns on after 3-5 seconds -> when i'm already passed the corridor.
i have to reload the integration in ha, then the connected proxy quits the connection.
after that a random proxy catches up the connection again. but only with luck, it is the proxy near the sensor.
