Description
**Describe the problem you have/What new integration you would like**
FYI: This may already be implemented, but I am not aware of it because I only update ESPHome once a year or so...
And the reason for this is that every ESPHome update nags me to update ALL my ESPHome device regardless if the update applies to them or not.
So it would wonderful if there was some way the update could identify the devices that are affected by the update and request only those device be updated.
**Please describe your use case for this integration and alternatives you've tried:**
the problem is: with the frequent updates to the ESPHome Add-on and its subsequent nag to update all ESPHome devices after each and every update, that I don't bother keeping ESPHome updates for months or every a year because its a PITA.
**Additional context**
After an update to ESPHome, and ignoring all the nags to update the ESPHome devices, those devices still appear to function properly....but I have NO idea if that will cause issues or not. I know, I know, RTFM, but really isn't that something the update could alert me to instead of digging through release updates?
Thank you. And appologies if this has already been implemented and I just don't know it.

Research direction
The request names the ESPHome Add-on and device-update prompts but no files, tests, or entry points. Start by locating the update-notification flow; done means the update can identify affected devices and avoid prompting for unaffected ones.
