Description

**Describe the problem you have/What new integration you would like**

Integrating the Xiaomi Smoke Detector Bluetooth/BLE JTYJGD03MI (NOT the Zigbee) in ESPHome
a lot of Xiaomi BLE sensors/detectors are supported in ESPHome although the smoke detector JTYJGD03MI is not.

**Please describe your use case for this integration and alternatives you've tried:**

To build a security system relying on BLE smoke detectors (Xiaomi JTYJGD03MI ), BLE presence detectors (Shelly BLE Motion), BLE Door/Windows detectors (Shelly BLE Door/Window) and notification by SMS (SIM7600) on a Kincony ESP32S3 Core I need the support of Xiaomi JTYJGD03MI

I've tried the Netatmo Smart Smoke Detector, but I could not integrate it within ESPHome,
Xiaomi BLE Smoke Detector is most likely easier to integrate since other Xiamoi BLE detectors are already supported

**Additional context**

from what I could read this sensor is supported by Home Assistant like any other Xiamoi BLE devices, therefore I assume it could be supported by ESPHome too, technically speaking.
It is preferrable not to use Home Assistant for basic functionalities such as Smoke or Presence detection.

Research direction

Start by reviewing how existing Xiaomi BLE detectors are supported in ESPHome and compare that with the device information available for the JTYJGD03MI. Confirm the detector's BLE data and required smoke-status behavior; done means the device can provide the requested smoke-detection functionality without relying on Home Assistant.
