Add support for lv_chart

**Describe the problem you have/What new integration you would like**
I'd like to see support for the LVGL chart widget added to ESPHome.

**Please describe your use case for this integration and alternatives you've tried:**
This would seem useful to display data with some history as a chart, like temperature. With some of the larger rectangular displays this seems like a reasonable use case.
