ESPhome Dashboard should have a "Erase Flash" option

Everything already in the title... like the clean build option, it should offer the Erase Flash option. For some obscure reasons, after multiple flashings for big esphome model, the flash memory can present some weird behaviours in terme of execution (reboots, daily sensor energy restoring old values, etc....). The solution is to fully erase ALL the flash before a new fresh model install.

In the three dot menu, add this new "Erase Flash" option
