Add support for using ESPHome with HomeAssistant over USB

Hi,
I wonder if it possible to connect an ESP32 running ESPHome to a HA machine. I don't mean uploading the firmware, but to use USB
to communicate with HA instead of Wifi.

**Please describe your use case for this integration and alternatives you've tried:**
I'm using an ESP32 near my HA machine, so I just directly use the USB cable to power it, so it seems unnecessary to be using Wifi.
