Add a library version for esp-idf

**Describe the problem you have/What new integration you would like**

I can't use ESPHome on esp-idf. I think ESPHome should add a library version to help esp-idf user to more free to create something instead of now all generated firmware version.

**Please describe your use case for this integration and alternatives you've tried:**

For instance: I wanna use my server to set up a Home Assistant and I have much of esp32 device that distribut everywhere in my home. I don't wanna all devices connect the router for signal quality. I wanna use wifi mesh. So I can't do that using ESPHome. But I have to use ESPHome if I wanna connect to Home Assistant.
