Add support for ESP32-LyraT Mini (ES8311 and ES7243)

Support for the ESP32-LyraT Mini board. It seems to mostly work already by setting the "board" variable to "esp-wrover-kit", but with no audio in or out.

**Please describe your use case for this integration and alternatives you've tried:**
The ESP32-LyraT Mini is the perfect board for voice assistant satellites, as it's inexpensive and has an onboard mic and speaker amp.

**Additional context**
As far as I can make out as a total layman the issue appears to be that the two audio codecs it uses for the onboard mic and speaker (ES7243 and ES8311 respectively) aren't supported.

Start by investigating the existing esp-wrover-kit board configuration and how the ESP32-LyraT Mini connects its ES8311 speaker codec and ES7243 microphone codec. Confirm the required audio input and output behavior on the board; done means both onboard audio paths work rather than only the board setting being accepted.
