Description

**Describe the problem you have/What new integration you would like**

Please add support for RFM69 based devices and enhance the functionality of the "remote_transmitter" and "remote_receiver" components.

**Please describe your use case for this integration and alternatives you've tried:**

Existing support for RF devices in ESPHome is very limited with for example no support for devices that use SPI. Also, the functionality available through the standard ESPHome components "remote_transmitter" and "remote_receiver" doesn't include much if any encoding options, error checking, ability to mesh etc. The ideal would be integration of something like the [RadioHead](https://www.airspayce.com/mikem/arduino/RadioHead/) library.

Research direction

The request names RFM69 devices, SPI, the remote_transmitter and remote_receiver components, and the RadioHead library, but no repository files or tests. Start by locating the existing remote components and reviewing how they handle RF protocols; done would require a defined, tested scope for RFM69 support and the requested encoding, error-checking, and mesh capabilities.
