Home assistant Add on - Add a "Skip" option to avoid multiple intra monthly updates

Updates to most Home assistant integrations and add ons usually have a skip option available. When esphome updates occur they do not have this option.

**Please describe your use case for this integration and alternatives you've tried:**
There are commonly up to 6 updates per month, this can be a lot of work to update yaml and devices. There is also the impact on flash wear. Understandably these can be necessary to get features and bug fixes to the end users in a timely manner....There may also be valid reasons for insisting on mandatory installation e.g security updates, Perhaps in this case the skip feature could be removed on such an update.
