Description

**Describe the problem you have/What new integration you would like**

Some use EspHome on boats. NMEA 2000 support would come very handy.
There are existing libraries and solutions for esp32 but not with EspHome.

**Please describe your use case for this integration and alternatives you've tried:**

Research direction

Start by reviewing the linked bareboat-necessities/bbn-nmea200-m5atom, ttlappalainen/NMEA2000, ttlappalainen/NMEA2000_esp32, and AK-Homberger/NMEA2000-TempPressure projects to understand available ESP32 support and NMEA 2000 PGN handling. Done would mean defining and implementing ESPHome support that exposes relevant NMEA 2000 PGN sentences as Home Assistant sensors.
