View all files, edit yaml & txt, compile only yaml

I think it will be useful to see, on Home Assistant/Esphome component, ALL the file under the esphome folder, not only the *.yaml

I have some text file that I use as include file (wifi configuration, sensors, etc ) . But, with any upgrade, esphome ask me to upgrade those files. It's annoying. A simple solution will be to display all files not only *.yaml, be able to edit the *.txt files too (the include files) and exclude for upgrades anything that is not *.yaml
