4th fixed position beside open, stop, close in Template Cover.

Day/Night blinds support in Template Cover component.

**Please describe your use case for this integration and alternatives you've tried:**

I want to have 4 fixed position control: open, middle, stop, close. Or even better 3 additional fixed positions. But for now cover component has only 3 fixed positions: open, stop, close. I'm aware of tilt_action, but it is variable and not suitable for repeatable precise positioning required for day/night blinds. For now I have custom switches, binary and text sensors code which controls stepper and displays status in one HA glance card and control buttons in other glance card. Would be nice to have all this under Template Cover component.
