Description

**Describe the problem you have/What new integration you would like**

Integration of bitluni/ESP32Lib vga driver in esphome.

**Please describe your use case for this integration and alternatives you've tried:**

It could be nice to use a basic vga screen as display component. 3bits mode is very easy to wire.

Research direction

Start by reading the linked bitluni/ESP32Lib and fabgl projects to understand their VGA-driver interfaces and 3-bit wiring mode. Then inspect the ESPHome display-component entry points and determine the integration boundary. Done means the requested basic VGA screen is available as an ESPHome display component with the stated 3-bit use case supported.
