Add support QYEG0213RWS800 E-Paper Display

**Describe the problem you have/What new integration you would like**

I got these displays thinking they were waveshare displays and I didnt get them to work with the waveshare library.
They sort of work with the 2.13in-ttgo-b74, 2.13in-ttgo-b1 and 2.13in-ttgo-dke options, text appears but there is red noise in overlayed, after a second it disappears into white and the flickering starts again. I would be happy if only the black works, as there is no support for other colours like stated. I tried different update intervals, turned off partial refresh and tried the alternative reset duration, but nothing changed.
**Please describe your use case for this integration and alternatives you've tried:**

I did get a clear image with the QYEG0213RWS800_BWR example at https://github.com/HelTecAutomation/e-ink but that just shows a static image and I would like to display data from home assistant, like I do on a TFT with ESPHome.
It most likely just needs a few different instructions, but the more I looked at it, the less I understood.
