Add support for multiple presets to Bang Bang Climate Controller

Add support for multiple presets to Bang Bang Climate Controller, as described in feature request https://github.com/esphome/feature-requests/issues/728 which was wrongly closed as "Fixed in https://github.com/esphome/esphome/pull/3298/".
PR 3289 added support for multiple presets to Thermostat Climate Controller only, and this change could be also backported to Bang Bang Climate Controller.

Start by reading feature request 728 and the referenced PRs 3298 and 3289, especially how multiple presets were added to the Thermostat Climate Controller. Done means Bang Bang Climate Controller also accepts and exposes multiple presets, with behavior matching the existing thermostat support.
