Midea allow 16 degrees as min temperature

Allow Midea min_temperature to have a lower value than 17 degrees.

**Please describe your use case for this integration and alternatives you've tried:**

To be able to set the temperature to 16 degrees with Home assistant, since 16 degrees is possible to set as minimum temp with the remote.
Tried to change min_temperature setting to 16, this obviously didn't work since the documentation clearly says 17 as min temp.

**Additional context**

The heat pump is used to keep a small area heated, which isn't used as living space. So more heat than necessary does not make any sense.

Start by locating the Midea climate integration and reviewing how its documented 17°C minimum is enforced, then compare that behavior with the remote's supported 16°C setting. Done means Home Assistant accepts and applies 16°C as the minimum without changing higher-temperature behavior; the issue names no files or tests.
