manual update instantly shows updated, even on failure

When i press the manual update button for a esphome device in the webui, after building the device instantly shows as updated.

**Please describe your use case for this integration and alternatives you've tried:**

my usecase for this problem is that when i fail to manual upload the .bin, i would like to still see that the device can be updated

**Additional context**

Reproduce the manual update flow for an ESPHome device in the web UI, including a failed manual .bin upload. Trace where the device is marked as updated after pressing the manual update button. Done means a failed upload does not immediately show the device as updated, while a successful update still does.
