Description

**Describe the problem you have/What new integration you would like**
ESPhome allows to define Icons for Sensors as well as for binary Sensors.

This is great, because in ha this Icon will be shown in the ui.

It would be great, If you could also configure Icons based in their state - especially for binary Sensors...

**Please describe your use case for this integration and alternatives you've tried:**
There's probably a workaround with Template Sensors in ha, but IT would be great If ESP Home could Support this within the config

Research direction

No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by reviewing how ESPHome configures icons for sensors and binary sensors, then trace how state changes are represented for the Home Assistant UI. Done means users can configure state-dependent icons, especially for binary sensors, without relying on template sensors.
