Add support additional funcion on sensor SPS30

**Describe the problem you have/What new integration you would like**
Hello, could someone look at the other functions in the datasheet for the SPS30 dust particle sensor.
- enable sleep/idle mode
- switching on and off auto clean
- Fan speed warning
- Laser failure
- Fan failure
- UART support

These functions would help in diagnosing the fault if the sensor is installed in an inaccessible place.
