Add identify option to status_led

I would like to request an option which is common in HPE/DELL Servers to identify a harddrive. It's called "identify" and it basically very quickly blinks the Status LED for a minute or two. This way it's easy to identify the physical device from the UI.

**Please describe your use case for this integration and alternatives you've tried:**

This is handy to visually find the ESP when having a lot of ESPHome devices and it provides a way to identify a device without the need to switch on/off the connected device.

**Additional context**

Start by locating the status_led integration and reviewing how its existing controls are exposed through the UI. Define the identify behavior from the request: a physical device indicator that rapidly blinks the status LED for a limited period, then verify the behavior on the relevant ESPHome device setup.
