Add support for Fujitsu AC Remote AR-JW1

Fujitsu AC remote AR-JW1 is not included within the codebase for fujitsu_general

**Please describe your use case for this integration and alternatives you've tried:**

AR-JW1 is not supported by either fujitsu_general or Arduino-HeatpumpIR in either stable/next/dev versions.

**Additional context**

AR-JW1 is cross correlated with AR-JW1, AR-JW3, AR-JW11, AR-HG1, AR-HG2, AR-DB1
AR-JE5 codes from @vicfergar from issue #780 (https://github.com/esphome/feature-requests/issues/780) also has the incorrect data.

Start by locating the fujitsu_general integration and reviewing the Arduino-HeatpumpIR implementations referenced in the issue, along with issue #780. Compare the AR-JW1 codes with the listed related remotes and establish verified data; done means the codebase supports AR-JW1 reliably.
