Add a `restore_mode` for Alarm Control Panel to make it always start in the armed state. The Opposite of `restore_disarmed`.
**Please describe your use case for this integration and alternatives you've tried:**
Allows alarm panels created in ESPHome to be Fail-Secure if they reboot unexpectedly.
