cSpot for Spotify Connect

**Describe the problem you have/What new integration you would like**
[cSpot](https://github.com/feelfreelinux/cspot): Spotify Connect player written in CPP targeting, but not limited to embedded devices (ESP32).

Mainly targeted to ESP32 `esp-idf`.

**Please describe your use case for this integration and alternatives you've tried:**
We could build smart speakers using ESPHome, which could not only do TTS announcements from Home Assistants, but could also play music from Spotify, controlled directly from mobile apps.

One thing to consider in ESPHome is to pause or override audio sink from cSpot when an announcement comes from Home Assistant (for higher priority), and when that finishes resume cSpot playback. Without pops/clicks (mute output during the switch).
