Change Vendor/Model/Icon of device to be visible in HA, f.e.

Would be nice to have (or it is possible, but can’t find a way how to)
- to define/describe/override ion YAML file Vendor & Model,
- as well as icon for device to be seen in a list of devices in HA, f.e.

Let me illustrate:

First row is original Sonoff device with Vendor/Model/icon.
Second one is similar device with ESPHome onboarded.

Would happy to set in YAML Vendor/Mode/Icon for device to see
- in HA Sonoff/S26R2 instead of Espressif/esp01_1m.
