Ask for pin code to unlock Lock component

Lock component could have an option to ask for pin code to allow unlock of it.
I see that HA component of Esphome is ready for it: https://github.com/home-assistant/core/blob/452e1d341de76c27ebaf04eb3039d5bd05de2988/homeassistant/components/esphome/lock.py#L82-L85

I tried alarm mqtt component, but it feels too complicated and it's verified on HA side.

Done means the Lock component has a documented, usable PIN-based unlock option and its behavior is covered by the project's relevant tests.
