Add support for TSic 30x/20x temperature sensors with ZACwire protocol

I'd like to have the ZACwire protocol supported for the TSic 30x/20x temperature sensors from Innovative Sensor Technology.

**Please describe your use case for this integration and alternatives you've tried:**

I wanna measure temperatures with this sensors as I have good experiences with them.
