2023 is the Year of Voice

**Describe the problem you have/What new integration you would like**

As Home Assistant has the Year of Voice in 2023, I would like to come with an (complex?) idea:
With ESP32 Audio kit there are integreted microphones which can be used as an ear (or ears in case of multiple devices in a multiroom situation) of Home Assistant. (Maybe, Rasberry PI Pico W can be also targetted with additional hardware, but Muse-proto also have inbuilt mic.)

**Please describe your use case for this integration and alternatives you've tried:**

If you would like to control your automated home with your voice, you need microphone or multiple microphones connected to the HA server. Ususally, the servers are stored in the attic/cellar/etc. (normally not in a central position) Nevertheless, esp devices are small enough to decentralize the listening features alongside with music streaming as a device of music assistant. so it can be a perfect bi-directional (all-in-one: bluetooth/jack/wifi/etc) voice assistant interface Additionally, it would be best to somehow integrated with the HA's integrated rhasspy project which is upcoming in 2023.
