Description

**Describe the problem you have/What new integration you would like**

Since the great `bluetooth_proxy` functionality I have deleted my 30ish `LYWSD03MMC` devices from the esphome configs and have them discovered directly in HA.

This display feature opens up a lot of great possibilities but as I understand it it requires to make a local config on the ESP device, defeating the `bluetooth_proxy` functionality.

Documentation is [here](https://esphome.io/components/display/pvvx_mithermometer.html).

**Please describe your use case for this integration and alternatives you've tried:**

**Additional context**

@Philippe12 is this possible? Thanks for your work btw!

Research direction

Start by comparing the linked pvvx mithermometer display documentation with the bluetooth_proxy functionality described in the issue. No source files or tests are named, so confirm the relevant ESPHome entry points and expected configuration with maintainers. Done should mean using the display feature through bluetooth_proxy without a local device configuration.
