Feature Request: Update All should remember the last firmware update method

This is a bit marginal but:

I have one ESPHome device which cannot be updated OTA because my server cupboard is too noisy. It's powered from the HA USB port, so I can update it from the dashboard using the cable.

It would be nice if the Update All feature remembered that that this my preferred way of updating for this device.

No files, tests, or implementation entry points are named; begin by locating the Update All feature in the ESPHome and Home Assistant integration. Determine how each device's firmware update method is selected, then verify that a device's preferred cable method is remembered and used by Update All.
