Dashboard add Validate all main window

**Describe the problem you have/What new integration you would like**
- As a user with many ESPs in ESP home I want to be able to validate all configurations before I press UPDATE ALL.
- As a user I will search for this button next to UPDATE ALL or as a drop down of the UPDATE ALL button
- As a user after I ran specified command I would like to have a summary with a table of
- all ESPs checked,
- their verification status,
- if occured: the failure message next to the ESP and
- the buttons: Visit, Edit, Logs, Re-Validate (see additional context), Install
- As a user I want to see an RE-VALIDATE ALL and UPDATE ALL button on bottom of this table
- As a user I might use an external editor for my ESP configurations or a second window with ESPhome is open

**Please describe your use case for this integration and alternatives you've tried:**
1. I update many ESPs with a config change and want to validate it in all configurations
2. I update the a generic include and a setting may interfere with an individual setting in the ESP, this function will show it
3. Breaking changes occur, I can quickly validate which ESP needs individual treatment

**Additional context**
This request goes well with https://github.com/esphome/feature-requests/issues/1719, and the order from https://github.com/esphome/feature-requests/issues/344 may also be taken into account consistently over all views.

Start with the ESPHome Dashboard main window and review the linked feature requests 1719 and 344 for related requirements. Done should include a way to validate all configurations, a per-ESP summary with status, failures and requested actions, plus RE-VALIDATE ALL and UPDATE ALL controls.
