Add integration of Huawei body scales AH100

Similarly to Xiaomi scales, please add Huawei scales.

I have investigated the service and characteristic uuids on my Huawei scale and it seems to be exactly the same as Xiaomi ones.
But I could not build a code reading them out, so I would like to ask for support.

**Additional context**

In case necessary I can support the process by collecting debug logs etc.

Start by reviewing the existing Xiaomi scale integration and comparing its service and characteristic UUIDs with the Huawei AH100. Collect debug logs from the Huawei scale if needed. Done means the Huawei scale is supported with its readings available through the integration and the behavior is verified.
